Datsit Chocolate Rose Organic Whipped Body Butter combines the warm, naturally chocolatey character of cocoa butter with soft rose and floral notes.

Chocolate Rose originally joined the Datsit range as a limited edition for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. But after the reorders, messages and repeated requests to bring it back, we listened. Chocolate Rose is now a permanent part of the Datsit range.

Triple whipped for a smooth, lightweight texture, this waterless body butter melts on contact with the skin and is designed to moisturise deeply without leaving a heavy, greasy feel.

Rich cocoa and softer floral notes give Chocolate Rose a warmer, more indulgent scent than our original Chocolate formula — without losing the simple, plant-based approach behind every Datsit body butter.

No. Chocolate Rose originally launched as a seasonal variety, but after repeated customer requests and reorders, it became a permanent part of the Datsit range in 2026.

What does Chocolate Rose smell like?

It combines the warm, naturally chocolatey character of cocoa butter with softer rose and floral notes. The result is richer and more floral than our original Chocolate formula.

How is Chocolate Rose different from Chocolate?

Chocolate gets its warm cocoa scent naturally from cocoa butter, with no added essential oils. Chocolate Rose builds on that base with rose and floral notes for a more fragrant finish.

What ingredients does it contain?

The Chocolate Rose formula contains organic shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, castor seed oil, arrowroot powder, jojoba seed oil, avocado oil, vitamin E, palmarosa oil and geranium rose oil.

Does Chocolate Rose contain nuts?

Yes. This formula contains sweet almond oil. If you prefer to avoid nut-derived skincare ingredients, choose our Nut Free Organic Whipped Body Butter instead.

Who is it suitable for?

Chocolate Rose is a good everyday choice for anyone who enjoys warmer, naturally sweet body care with a soft floral character. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, always check the full ingredient list and patch test before first use.

Will it feel greasy?

A small amount goes a long way. The whipped, waterless formula melts on contact with the skin and is designed to absorb without leaving a heavy, greasy feel.

How should I store it?

Keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and heat. Because Datsit does not use waxes or synthetic stabilisers, the texture can soften or melt in warmer conditions. If this happens, the texture may change after cooling, but the body butter can still be used as normal.

Is it vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Datsit body butters are vegan and cruelty-free, handmade in the UK and made with 100% natural ingredients, 98% of which are certified organic.
