Datsit® products are suitable for all skin types and can be used on your body, face, and even your hair when used sparingly. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend choosing our unscented or nut-free versions, as products containing added fragrances may not be suitable.
Although we’ve taken great care to ensure our body butters are crafted with natural, skin-loving ingredients, we always advise performing a patch test before use, particularly if you have concerns about any specific ingredient listed.

Yes they are. Our butters are handmade in the UK, are vegan-friendly and cruelty free, and only contain organic and natural ingredients – Datsit!
But as a result of this, please be aware that because of the natural ingredients we use, our products can occasionally vary slightly from batch to batch in both colour and scent. But rest assured they’re all made with the same love, care, and chemical-free goodness.
As we are a small business where every product is handmade, occasionally there may be small delays during especially busy periods. But please be assured that we will do everything we can to get our products to you as quickly as possible.
Our current processing time is 2-3 working days to prepare & ship your order, however if we have items in stock they will be despatched within 24hrs.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so a product that has been opened or used can’t be returned for an exchange or refund.
However unopened product can be returned within 14 days. Please see our ‘returns policy’ for details.
If a product you have ordered is damaged, please let us know immediately and within 14 days of purchase at the latest. We will gladly offer a full refund. Please quote your name and order number when emailing, providing details of the damage, including any photos if applicable. Once the item has been returned, a refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s) you may return them within 14 days of receipt of goods. DATSiT® will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased (not including shipping) . Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to us. All returns must be returned complete, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
You have the right, by law, to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the purchase of any items where the product has been used.
To return an item, please contact us giving the reason for the return. We will then ask you to package the item securely and return it to us so that it is received by us within seven working days after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Any refund due will be credited via the original payment method no later than 10 working days from receipt of returned items.
